1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

Delays may occur during holidays, customs checks, or high-demand periods.


3. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

4. Shipping Fees

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50.
For smaller orders, a flat-rate shipping fee may apply depending on your region — this will be shown at checkout.


5. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
If your address was entered incorrectly, contact us within 12 hours at mobileessentialsshop@gmail.com so we can correct it before shipping.

Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please reach out to our support team.
We’ll investigate and work with our carriers to resolve the issue as soon as possible.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.


8. Multiple Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately to ensure faster delivery.
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if that happens.
